Across Shoulders Side Step
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Across Shoulders Side Step Routine
 
Position: Horse stance
Towel: Fold the towel in half. Place the middle of the towel across your shoulders and hold one end of the towel in each hand.
Movement: Begin with towel ends touching in front of you at shoulder level.

As you spread your arms open, step to one side with a bounce pointing your foot. Your weight remains on the stationary foot. 

Bring your arms back together to the middle as you bring your leg back to starting position.

Repeat by opening up your arms and pointing to the other side.
Duration:
15 - 30 times to each side.
Remember: Try stepping in other directions such as back or forward with the same basic towel movement.
