Position: Little Horse or Horse stance, your knees and elbows bent.
Towel: Fold the towel in half. Hold the ends of the towel in your hands, keeping your hands together.
Movement:

Begin spinning the looped end of the towel clockwise in a circular motion holding your arms at chest level.

Feel free to move your hips and midsection from side-to-side and all around keeping in rhythm with your hand movements.

Repeat spinning the towel in a counterclockwise motion.

Duration:
10 to 20 times in various directions.
