Front Semicircles
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Front Semi Circles Routine
 
Position: High Horse or Horse stance.
Towel: Fold the towel in half. Hold the towel taut between your hands about shoulders width apart, leaving a little towel hanging down at each end. Hold your arms in front of you. Extend your arms without locking your elbows.
Movement:

Raise one end of the towel as you lower the other end so that the towel ends up straight up and down in front of you. You have made a semicircle with your arms.

Now lower your upper arm as you raise up the lower end of the towel in the opposite direction making another semicircle movement.

Shift your weight from side to side following the same direction as your upward arm, causing a rocking motion.

Duration:
20 or 30 times in each direction.
