Over The Head Lasso
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Over The Head Lasso Routine
 
Position: Little Horse or Horse stance. Keep your knees and elbows bent.
Towel: Fold your towel in half. Hold the ends of the towel with one hand and the middle of the towel with the other hand.
Movement:

Begin spinning the loose end of the towel in a circular motion over your head.

Move your hips up and down in a bouncing motion. You can also move your mid-section from side-to-side in rhythm with your arm movements.

Duration:
30 to 60 times in each direction. You can also one or more in your freestyle routine.
Remember:

Spin the end of the towel around in a circular motion.

Move your hips, breath deeply and have fun.

Variation: Try holding the towel in various places to shorten or length the end that you are spinning. Also try spinning the end of the towel in various directions.
