Begin by grabbing the towel with both hands and placing it behind your back and underneath your shoulders.
Move the towel slowly back and forth from side-to-side, across your upper back.
Now begin moving your hips from side-to-side in the opposite direction of the towel.
Continue moving the towel back and forth as you work your way down to your feet and back up again.
Repeat the same movements to the front, again moving down to your feet and back up to your chest. |
