Up And Around
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Up And Around Routine
 
Position: Horse stance.
Towel: Fold the towel in half and hold one end in each hand. 
Movement:

Perform the following continuous movements:

Hold one side of the towel up and over your head the other end down at your side.

Bring the upper arm around in front of and down and around in front of you wrapping it across your waist.

Now, do this in the opposite direction. Begin by raising the other end of the towel up and over your head and around to your other side, continuing down and around and across in front of you. 

Twist at your waist as you wrap the towel across.

Duration:
10 to 15 times to each side.
Remember: Flowing continuous movements.
