Upper Body Swings
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Upper Body Swings Routine
 
Position: Horse or Wide Horse stance.
Towel: Fold the towel in half. Hold one end of the towel in each hand. Hold it taut and in front of you at shoulder level.
Movement:

Slowly swing the towel around to one side as you twist at your waist.

As you twist to one side, bend your knees and bring your opposing foot back resting on the ball of your foot. Your weight should be on your front leg.

Then repeat to the other side.

Duration:
Swing slowly 15 to 25 times to each side.
Remember:

Allow the body to move freely with each movement.

Periodically, take a few a deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
