Across Shoulder Spinning Ends
 
Position: Horse or wide Horse stance while holding in your mid-section.
Towel: Fold the towel in half and hold the towel taut with one end in each hand. Position the towel across your shoulders.
Movement:

Spin the ends of the towel around clockwise in a circular motion. 

Let your hips move freely forward and back in a rocking motion. 

Now spin the ends of the towel around in a counter-clockwise direction.

Duration:
2 minutes clockwise and 2 minutes counter-clockwise.
Remember:

Let your body move freely as you spin the ends of the towel.

Breath deeply and keep abdominal muscles tight.

Focus on body form, motion and proper breathing.
