Leg Lifts Curls
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Leg Lifts Curls Routine
 
Position: Forward open stance.
Towel: Fold the towel in half. With your palm facing up, crisscross the ends of the towel in your palm. Slide your corresponding foot into the looped end of the towel.
Movement:

Raise your palm towards your chest by bending from the elbow. This will pull your corresponding foot up. 

Now lower your arm, which will lower your foot.

Duration:
Repeat 10 times with each side.
Remember: Drop the towel if you feel you're loosing your balance. Push your foot down while pulling your hand up to create additional resistance.
