One Arm Squats
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - One Arm Squats Routine
 
Position: Wide Horse stance.
Towel: With your right foot, step on one end of the towel. Pick up the other end of the towel and raise it up and over your head along the outer side your body.
Movement:

Squat down as you pull the towel up and out to the side with your right hand.

Then, raise up a little and allow your right arm to bend and return to its original starting position.

Your body is moving up and down while your arm is moving out to the side and back towards the middle.

Also try by moving your arm up and down, rather than out to the side.

Duration:
10 time with each arm.
