V Lunge Squats
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - V Lunge Squats Routine
 
Position: Forward lunge stance.
Towel: Position the center of the towel under the forward foot. Hold or wrap one end of the towel around each hand.
Movement:

While keeping the towel taut, extend your arms out to the side and raise yourself up. Hold this position for a second. 

Bend your knees to lower yourself back down as you bring the the towel together, back behind your head. Hold this position for a second and repeat.

Duration:
15 to 30 times with each leg. 
Remember: Breathe in when raising up and breathe out when lowering down.
