Double Loop Bicycle
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Double Loop Bicycle Routine
 
Position: Lay down with your feet up in the air and slightly apart.
Towel:

With your legs up and slightly apart, place the center of the towel across your feet, keeping the span taut. Hold one end of the towel in each hand.

Bring the hands down towards the center of the towel so the towel loops over each foot.

Make the size of the each loop smaller or bigger by grabbing closer to or away from the middle of the towel.

Adjust the size of the loops for comfort and to change resistance.

Movement:

Move your feet in a circular motion as though you are riding a bicycle. While keeping the towel taut, move your arms in a circular motion as well.

Repeat the motion in the opposite direction.

Duration:
25 - 50 times in each direction.
Remember:

Perform each move at slow comfortable speed.

Breathe deeply down to the bottom of your stomach.

Variation:

Try bicycling with your feet closer together and then wider apart. Feel the difference with each variation.

Try extending your feet one at a time or both at the same time.
