Double Loop V Cross

Position: Lay down with your feet up in the air and slightly apart.
Towel:

With your legs up and slightly apart, place the center of the towel across your feet, keeping the span taut. Hold one end of the towel in each hand.

Bring the hands down towards the center of the towel so the towel loops over each foot.

Make the size of the each loop smaller or bigger by grabbing closer to or away from the middle of the towel.

Adjust the size of the loops for comfort and to change resistance.

Movement: Keeping your knees bent, pull your legs down towards your side. Extend your legs back up.
Duration:
20 - 40 times.
Remember:

Focus on body form, motion and proper breathing.

Breathe deeply down to the bottom of your stomach.

Distribute the resistance between your arms, legs and abdominal muscles.

Do not put resistance on your shoulders and neck.
