Face Down Double Leg Lifts

Position: Lay face down.
Towel: Wrap the center of the towel loosely around both feet two times. Turn over so you are face down and grab one end of the towel with each hand. Pull the towel up and over your head. Your elbows and knees should be bent and touching the floor.
Movement:

Keeping the towel taut. Slowly push down with both legs while your arms raise up.

Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly, lower your arms down to the floor while you raise legs your up.

Duration:
10 to 20 times.
Variation: With the towel wrapped around your feet, extend the elbows out and perform the same movement as noted above. This variation is excellent for shoulders, arms, legs and buttocks.
