Lie on your back and bend your legs so your knees are close to your chest and your feet are up in the air. Keep your lower back flat on the floor and your knees bent.
Towel:
Position your feet slightly apart in the center of the towel. Hold one end of the towel in each hand.
Movement:
Slowly slide your feet outward across the towel as you bring your hands together.
Then bring your feet back together until your ankles almost touch as you bring your arms out to your side.
Duration:
10 - 15 times.
