Wrap the center of the towel around your foot two times. Crisscross the end of the towel around your hand. Position the towel behind you as shown in the picture. Keep the towel taut.
Movement:
Slowly, pull your foot up behind you by pulling your hand up above you head.
Hold this position for a second.
Begin lowering your foot by bending your arm back slowly.
Hold this position for a second and repeat the sequence.
Duration:
15 to 30 with each leg.
Remember:
Breathe with each moment. Movement should always feel comfortable without pain or strain.
Variation:
Move your leg back from your hip and by bending your knee.
