TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Knee Lifts Routine
 
Position: Open stance.
Towel: Fold the towel in half. Place the towel across your shoulders and grab one end with each hand.
Movement:

Raise your front leg and touch both ends of the towel with your knee.

Lower your leg back down to the floor and extend ends of the towel outward.

Duration:
5 to 10 kicking with each leg.
Remember: Inhale deeply through your nose with each movement.
