Hold the towel about shoulders width apart and at chest level. Keep your elbows facing down.
Gently raise your left leg and sweep it over till it is crossing your right leg.
Use the towel for balance keeping it on the same side as the leg sweep.
Drop your left leg back and push off on it and sweep again.
Repeat with the other leg. Raise your right leg up and cross it over your left leg while you simultaneously bring your left arm back and right arm forward.
