Swing Kicks
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Swing Kicks Routine
 
Position: Open stance.
Towel: Fold the towel in half. Grab one end with each hand, wrap the towel around your hands if you like.
Movement:

Raise your front leg and touch the towel with your knee.

Lower your leg back down to the floor and repeat.

Duration:
5, 10 or 15 times kicking with each leg.
Remember: Inhale deeply each movement.
