Towel Rows
TowelChi Health and Fitness Concepts - Sitting Down Towel Rows Routine
 
Position: Sit down with your legs fully extended. Stretch your legs outward so they are in a V position.
Towel: Lean forward and place your feet apart on the towel. Wrap the towel around each foot.
Movement:

Grab one end of the towel near your feet with each hand.

Move one hand inwards, towards the middle between your feet.

Hold this position for a seconds and then move your hand back out above your legs.

Repeat with the other hand.

Duration:
30 to 50 times
Remember: Breathe in when raising up and breathe out when lowering down.
Tip: Try doing this with both hands at the same time.
